Our first goal is that you never need it. Here is what it covers when you do.
We'd rather build parts that survive the hit than process claims afterward.
But nothing is unbreakable. Riders are keeping bikes longer than they used to, and a warranty that runs out after a year or two tells you how long the parts were expected to last. So this one runs for the life of the part.
That is Infinite Ride: lifetime coverage on the parts that should last a lifetime, and ten years on everything else.
What is covered
Carbon rims. Lifetime, regardless of how they fail. Not just defects. Break one, we replace it.
Flux Pro aluminum rims. Lifetime. If the rim is at fault, it's covered: dents that will not hold air, seam separation, cracks at a spoke hole.
Hub bearings. Lifetime, no questions asked.
Vario Infinite dropper post. Lifetime on the hydraulic cartridge and wear parts.
Everything else. Ten years against manufacturing and material defects.
Non-Pro Flux aluminum rims sit in that last group, on the ten year defect warranty rather than the lifetime rim coverage.

The fine print
Lifetime coverage runs to the original owner, and a claim needs proof of purchase in that person's name.
It applies to human-powered bikes and Class 1 E-MTBs. Class 2 and Class 3 are outside it.
For a complete wheel under a year old, the first rim failure gets you a whole new wheel. Past the first year, or on a second failure, we send the rim and the rebuild is on you.
On aluminum rims the line is whether the rim failed or you broke it. A rim that dents, splits at the seam, or cracks at a spoke hole is on us, however long you have had it. A rim you taco'd in a crash is not a rim that failed, and that goes to crash replacement below.
The lifetime rim warranty exists for one-off failures. It's not designed to make carbon rims a consumable: if rims keep breaking without a change to the setup, we'll want to understand why before replacing them again.
What happens when you file a claim
Replacement parts typically ship within 24 to 48 hours, out of Petaluma, Traunstein, or Nottingham.
If we do not have your part in stock, we upgrade you.
A person handles your claim, not a chatbot or an outsourced call center. They work in our own offices in California, England, and Germany, and they ride the same parts you do.
Crashed it, or bought it used
Neither of those is a warranty claim. We still don't want you off the bike.
Crash replacement is 35% off MSRP on the part you broke. Carbon rims skip this entirely, because a crashed carbon rim is already covered at no cost.
Bought it used? The standard warranty follows the original owner, so it doesn't transfer. Bring us the problem anyway and we'll work with you or your shop on a discounted replacement, usually the same 35%. That replacement part then carries its own full warranty from the day you get it.
The bottom line
We test hard so failures are rare. When one happens anyway, Infinite Ride covers it.
